Bio-Simplex media bottle assembly is a sterile 1 L PETG bottle system with a two-port closure, integrated biopharmaceutical TPE tubing, and a 0.2 μm vent filter. The assembly is gamma irradiated and double-bagged for single-use bioprocess applications and is compatible with sterile welding and thermal tubing sealers.

This EZBio MTO Single Use VersaCap assembly features a 2-port 38-430 Cap with 1/8” ID (3.2mm) x ¼” OD (6.4mm) EZBio® TPE Tubing and diptube. This cap assembly features polypropylene luer locks that connect small diameter tubing with secure, leak-proof connections. Additionally, all cap assemblies include a 0.2µm Hydrophobic PTFE Vent Filter that allows for ventilation while preventing media from escaping in the event of a spill. All EZBio "MTO" Single Use Cap Assemblies also include a ratchet style pinch clamp that allows the user to control flow into their container or close off the line entirely.
